F) Date transfers allowed only once per reservation.
G) Long-term reservations (30+ days): 10% administrative fee on the total.
H) Promotional reservations are non-refundable.
I) Force majeure (road closures, natural disasters): date transfer allowed, no refunds.
J) Special dates/holidays (Easter Week): requires 90 days advance notice for cancellation.
K) Semi-private/private reservations: non-cancellable and non-transferable.
